  • Which teaching and learning approaches will help students achieve the learning outcomes and goals?
  • What can I do without?

Means to Achieve Goals: 

  • Understand course content as a creative development process that evolves dynamically
  • Review your own teaching concepts and focus on key points
  • Take advantage of counseling opportunities and active exchange within the faculty
  • Maintain curiosity and enthusiasm for innovations regarding the course material and one’s own subject area
  • Align the development of the course curriculum with the following points:
    - Is the content of my course outcome-oriented?
    - Do I develop my curriculum as part of a collective consultation process?
    - Do I base my approach on a coherent qualifications/competencies profile?
    - Is my course design coherent?
    - What framework conditions (time, location, etc.) can I influence?
    - Am I continuously refining my curriculum?
    - How engaging is my course content, and can it be applied in practice?
