Dr. Sebastian Walzik studied business education in Nuremberg, Galway (Ireland), and St. Gallen (Switzerland). He wrote his doctoral dissertation at the Institute for Business Education at the University of St. Gallen on the development of social skills. He has training in communication psychology under Prof. Dr. Friedemann Schulz von Thun, training in Systemic Structural Constellations according to Prof. Dr. Matthias Varga von Kibéd (SySt®), and basic training in hypnotherapy according to Milton Erickson. He teaches seminars on university pedagogy at various universities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including the Berlin Center for University Teaching, the Center for University Pedagogy at the University of St. Gallen, and the University of Vienna.
